These are his words and photos:

"If you ask a male to describe their orgasms and to tell how they feel when they have one, they will speak only about some strong muscular contractions they have between their legs when they ejaculate. That's because for most males an orgasm is what is going on during an ejaculation, so that the two words are synonyms.

Obviously a female can't ejaculate, but if you ask females to describe their orgasms and to tell how they feel when they have one, they speak about strong muscular spasms in their whole body and a strange feeling of an altered state of consciousness.

In a female an orgasm appears to be much more intense, but why are male and female orgasms so different?
In fact, few males know that orgasm and ejaculation are two completely different phenomena. However because they generally occur at the same time they are both thought of as being the same phenomenon. They are in fact two separate occurrences and because they have become merged, it is not easy to separate the two out. However it is proven that if a male can concentrate purely on the orgasm and suppress the ejaculation, then his orgasms can be just as powerful and long as those of a female.

Everyone knows that after a man has had an ejaculation there exists a time (which vary from one man to another) during which he is impotent or unable to have another orgasm. It is the ejaculation that causes the exhaustion, impotence and prevents subsequent immediate orgasms. That is a physiological law. So, if you want to have several powerful orgasms, you have to learn to dissociate them to the ejaculation phenomenon.

If you can suppress the ejaculation, then not only will the orgasms continue, but they will be much more powerful. By learning the trick of suppression, then you will effectively be trading up from a Mini Cooper between your legs to a Ferrari.

The best way to try to learn these things is to use masturbation. If you have a taboo about masturbation and that you cannot accept that it is the best natural way to understand your sexual physiology and to improve your sexual life, then sorry, what follows is not for you!

Here are some exercises to help you to have several orgasms without ejaculating.

1°) First, take a very comfortable position, lying in your bed for example, and play with your genitals. The purpose is to learn to stay erect more than one hour without any kind of muscular tension in your whole body. You have not to be very sexually aroused but your penis has to stay erect. Don't worry: this is not at all tiring, on the contrary. It is the ejaculation which gives a tiring feeling.

2°) Now, try to do the same thing, but with more and more sexual excitement. Now, you can breathe more loudly even with your mouth open. But you have to stay relaxed with no muscular tension in your body. Contrary to what you may think, this is not an easy task to achieve because since your adolescence you have taken the habit to be tense when you masturbate or when you make love. And this is a natural barrier to a powerful orgasm which will generate muscular spasms in your whole body.

3°) Now, you have to approach the point of "never return" and to learn how to control your sexual excitement. First, try to get fully aroused and then squeeze the extremity of your penis in your hand. The blood which is in your penis get back and you feel less sexually excited. Try to do that a lot of times each time you feel that you are on the verge to have an ejaculation. Another means to control your excitement is to do a very short but strong and loudly expiration as if you were a workman who is doing a hard work and who expire loudly at the precise time he uses the whole of his strength. Think about a woodcutter at the time he knock the tree. To learn to control your sexual excitement with your breath is something very important.

4°) The day you will be able to stay a long time very excited on your back with no muscular tension in your body, you will be able to start with a new way to have long and strong multiple orgasms which will give you much pleasure than ever and a strange feeling as if you were not completely conscious. This is due to some natural chemical products secreted by your own body. I cannot describe these orgasms better than strong muscular spasms in your whole body and especially in the abdominal, the pectoral, the dorsal, the thigh and the buttock muscles. Other areas involved are the pelvic and the anal muscles. You can have a lot of these orgasms without being tired. On the contrary, after them you feel better, just like after a gym session."

Just in case you did not follow all of that, Carl has tried to illustrate the process with a series of videos taken during one of his dry orgasm sessions.

On my 'Erectile Dysfunction' there is an interesting accout of the use of Viagara and the prolonged dry orgasms that resulted.

Aneros

On the same 'dry orgasm' subject there is a device called an Aneros or Enemagra, which very is able to massage the prostate and produce very powerful, long, but dry orgasms. I've never tried it, but I've extracted a section from the Aneros webpage, which describes the device and the effects it produces. If anybody has tried one, I would be interested to know if the claims are true!

This is a description od it and what it can do:

What is the Male G-Spot?"

Male G-Spot? Is there such a thing? The answer is an unequivocal "YES." Quite simply, the Male G-Spot is the prostate, or more specifically, the prostate-perineum. What are they? The prostate is the male prostate gland, and the perineum is a dime-sized soft spot between the anus and scrotum. The important nerves that control the sexual organs, including those controlling erection, orgasm, and ejaculation, converge at the prostate and the perineum area. This means that this area is essentially a man's "command center" for sexual pleasure. Massaging the prostate has been a way to maintain and increase sexual health for men since ancient times. Men who suffer from prostate diseases such as prostatitis and bph can get relief from these problems through regular prostate massages, usually given manually by a urologist.

So what does this have to do with the Aneros?

The medically researched and designed Aneros was originally created to safely and effectively massage the prostate, relieve congested prostate fluid, and promote general prostate health. It is anatomically tailored to the male body. When it was initially released, the Aneros worked like designed and greatly improved the quality of lives for many of our customers. However, in addition to reporting improved prostate health, many of our users reported experiencing unbelievable orgasms and unique pleasure that, while different from a traditional penile orgasm, could only be described as "orgasmic."

Non-ejaculatory, full-body shaking, continuous orgasms which can come in waves of minutes at a time are possible with the devices.

We've had many users report that in the midst of their orgasms their beds shake uncontrollably, they lose all sense of time, and that they make "fierce" animal noises. "Growl like a bear" seems to be a popular reaction to the pleasure received from using the Aneros.

Our enthusiasts have said that the "Super Orgasms" received from using the Massager are on a completely different level, both physically and spiritually, from traditional penile orgasms. However, using the Aneros and a penile orgasm are not mutually exclusive. In fact, many couples use the Aneros during intercourse. Because the Aneros also promotes sexual health, the Aneros has been reported to have a "Viagra-like" effect during intercourse and also enhances the strength of a traditional orgasm.

If you want more information on the Aneros, just do a search on the internet, but this is a good site to start with.

Not being able to resist the temptation, I've tried one, but its early days yet and I'll let you know how I get on, so watch this space!

I must admit that it is good fun using it. Applying the lubrication is a bit messy, but it does mean that the Aneros slides in very easily. Once you get used the feeling of this strange object 'up your bum', it does feel rather nice. To make it less visable when standing upright, I have cut off the 'curly' bit.

 As nature intended?

 Lubrication is important

 Work it well in

 Offer up the Aneros

It sides in with minimal effort

 Fully inserted

It can just be seen when you bend over

But disappears when standing upright

There are various websites on the subject of the Aneros, which both discuss techniques and show it in use. The websites do 'come and go', but here are a few where the users clearly get it to work. The videos can be on the long sides, but that is because they are 'real time' and the Aneros does take a while to 'engauge':

or just search for 'aneros videos'. The websites worked OK on my PC, but obviously you view them at your own risk.

I've used it on several occasions now, but with no success and the novelty is starting to wear off. I've had various emails from others who have tried the Aneros. One chap gave up, but another really did stick with it. It took him 17 sessions before things started to happern. He is now on session 33 and achieveing great results. You can read his experiences in my Erectile Dysfunction wepage.

I now have three pages which cover similar areas:

The erectile dysfunction webpage:

The page on the effects of various pills:

This dry orgasm webpage.

On a similar subject, there is an interesting webpage about enema called the Enema Foundation. Although the site's content is not directly related to the prostate stimulation, it does share the same theme and general topic. Not many people know about enemas, but the site is features both the health and erotic aspects about enemas.

This is a report from David on his experiences with the Prorgasm Aneros:

You can see the Aneros models compared on www.aneros.com and I found that the pictures are roughly to scale. I had fancied a larger model for some time and ordered a Progasm on its launch day - it arrived from the USA in exactly two weeks. Its a shame that I cant send any action shots but that would be right outside my terms of reference and since my sole objective is more and better sex with my wife who regards our sex life as private, I have to exercise restraint! Sad, because I found your bum page really fascinating and after eight months of anal sex have realised that my bum is a first rate sexual resource. Isn't it amazing what will go in? Before I write my piece I will try to watch a few orgasms in the mirror and try to describe what I see.

I wish I could be more helpful on how to get going. What has turned my wife round in her attitude is my obvious enjoyment and the evident health and cleanliness benefits, her only problem is being woken by moaning and twitching as I orgasm in my sleep. I am finding Progasm at bedtime and SGX in the morning very satisfying. What I am not getting at present is superorgasms but this is well offset by getting as many mild to strong ones as I want - counting has become pointless.

The lube that I use is a water based one sold by Passion8 specifically for anal use and called Smooth Move. Despite many recommendations to se copious quantities including priming one's rectum using a syringe, I just smear a thinnish film over the whole surface of the Aneros, wipe my finger clean on my sphincter and gently push Aneros in. There is then no need for any more lube until the next time I crap. My wife likes me to fuck with it too; without any foreplay, a small dab on the tip of my cock a rough aim and I'm home and tight. Since I"m often in orgasm already, its brilliant. Our current problem is that I"m tending to go soft before she has reached orgasm.
