Advantages: The foreskin becomes more mobile. First, the foreskin can be pulled further back, this is a major hub for the masturbation, the foreskin is feasible and flexible. Second,the penis looks better because the foreskin can almost pull it back without wrinkles. Third, the penis can be kept clean much better. I removed the frenulum myself many years ago and am very happy with it.

David removed his frenulum about 6 years ago. He used some sterile syringes to make holes then used thread. It wasn't that painful as it's not that sensitive to needles and once you've penetrated the outer skin the needle goes through quite easily.

As a young boy my foreskin was extremely tight and I think circumcision was considered. However my love of my cock and copious masturbation largely put that right apart from one aspect. My frenulum remained very short despite my best efforts. So much so that although we are meant to draw the foreskin back to urinate, I could not as it just caused my urine to spray everywhere by deforming and tightening the slit.

So to the point. A very long time ago (about 15 years I think) I released the frenulum myself. Wish the internet had been there for advice. In my case I inspected for a long time and then used sterilised nail clippers. I pulled the frenulum tight and held it that was for some 10 minutes, then carefully placed the clippers and then pinched. There was a small amount of discomfort but not immense. I held the clippers tight for about ten minutes again and the released. There was a small amount of blood but nothing excessive. I then used toilet tissue as a plaster of types, so that the next day it would wash off in the shower. Needless to say I'd showered beforehand and washed with detol solution (weak). It took about a week before I was able to gently masturbate again (long time without for me). And within another couple all was back to normal.

The change in masturbation was out of the world, infinitely better. It increases the ways in which I can play and generally now I tend to use three fingers (thumb top and two on the underside, but with the looser foreskin it is the shaft I rub rather than the foreskin over the glans. My foreskin goes up and down but only to the point where it touches the bottom of the glans. I guess I'm normal in that in the same region as the cut, I have a very small 'G' spot. Whereas this used to be very close to the glans, when erect and masturbating, it is on the shaft and is touched by my two the upper of my two fingers.It is now so accessible that like another of your readers I can reach orgasm with one finger just teasing it in the right way.

I'm sending some pictures to assist you in seeing. In a couple I've put black marker on the two points where the frenulum used to be (so the space between the two spots used to be joined as the two spots would have been one. The two points are now separated by about an inch, hence the dramatic improvement when masturbating etc! The other real bonus out of it is that in a similar way to your maxiglans. I can now invert my foreskin (but without a ring) which means that apart from when my penis is very small as in when I sit. My glans is now out. This was very sensitive and nice at first, but the sensation is less now. However, it can still give arousal while walking at times and especially if I wear tighter trousers such as jeans. Equally it has I feel made my glans cleaner and less smelly. Not that it was bad, but I'm very sensitive to it and could smell it. I think that the amount I masturbate was an issue before, because one always get some after leakage as it is the way sperm works. Also I should say that I am able to leave my foreskin inverted to urinate and this means that my glans is never sitting in wet acidic urine or with semen leakage afterwards, so much better, best of both worlds really.

Anthony's DIY Frenulum Removal

I was interested in getting my penis pierced, so I contacted my local piercer regarding a foreskin piercing ,I was told to find a piercer that did genital piercing, after hearing that I gave up on the idea, a few months later I had the internet, and for some reason that escapes me now I looked up frenulum removal, with the idea of the foreskin being back down shaft more, so between the 9th July 13 and 16th August 13 I tied and 'cut' my frenulum over 5 sessions, I tied and cut using this method - using an ordinary sewing needle cotton thread any number from 2 to 22 threads, after boiling needle and thread I lightly coated the needle and thread with antiseptic cream, I pierced the frenulum as close to the glans as possible, and tied the thread as tight as possible, depending on the number of threads used this can take about a week to 'cut', up to this time the thread becomes slack, in which case it is easier to pass another needle and thread through and cut the old thread. NB on piercing the foreskin will become swollen for a day or so after piercing, the main thing is to return foreskin to its normal position ASAP.

With the frenulum piercing there was not much pain, a bit like pricking your finger. With my frenulum as it is, I have the benefit of how I wear my foreskin, before if it was retracted and I sat down my foreskin would automatically roll forward, when I'm nude I always retract the foreskin, to get the air to the glans, if you are circumcised you have no choice, this way it you have the best of both, you may lose slight sensations not having a frenulum but I was glad I did it, if you have a short foreskin (urethral opening visible) then I think it would work, anyone with an excess of foreskin I don't think you would gain anything.

Mr K has a very long foreskin and last year he broke his frenulum, since then he can retract his foreskin very far back , it feels like being circumsised but still having the use of the foreskin is fantastic , so much sensitive when pulled all the way back ,it changed his life really.

My penis is uncut, but the frenulum is removed. My case is almost similar to that of Glen's testimony. When I was a teenager, I was convinced that the frenulum was the "virginity" of the boy, like the hymen of the woman. And so, so as not to appear inexperienced with my female encounters, I wanted to cut my frenulum myself at that time. When I was 14 I tried to break it by pulling hard on it, but I couldn't.

I had my first sexual relations, and to my disappointment, my frenulum remained intact! Later, when I was 18, I decided by play to drill it. I made a hole with a needle that I had sterilized, then I enlarged the hole little by little by inserting various objects of bigger and bigger in it. At the time there was no Internet. But by chance chatting with a 72-year-old old friend, the one told me that he had also pierced his frenulum years before but had finally cut it by placing a tight thread on it at each end. That same evening I did and after 4 days the threads fell off on their own while I was washing my penis in the shower. My frenulum left with the wires in the water towards the drain of the shower.

Since then, my foreskin softens perfectly well with great amplitude and there is no longer any trace of the frenulum. I am very satisfied with it and I have not lost any sensitivity.
